The City of Martins Ferry invites all Ohio Valley residents to join us in honoring our veterans by attending a parade and ceremony in City Park on Saturday November 10th.

The parade will begin at 11am at the Liberty Fire Station and proceed south on Zane Highway then east on Hanover Street and south on 4th Street before ending at City Park via Grant Avenue.

Immediately following the parade will be a ceremony in City Park with special guest speaker: Bronze Star and Presidential Citation recipient Sergeant Major Lee Bonar Jr. of the United States Marine Corps.

The ceremony will also mark the addition of a fallen hero to the WWII Monument as well as new additions to the City Park Fountain denoting our nation’s wars and the heroes who served.

After the ceremony, the American Legion Post 38 will have lunch available.
